End-User Support
It is the clients responsibility to provide customer support at all levels to the end-user. Xila Broadband will NOT contact your customer directly, we only deal directly with our clents (you).
Client Tech Support
Xila Broadband offers a trouble ticket system accessible from BACC. Using this system clients can submit a ticket to the Xila Broadband technical support staff for any issue the customer may be experiencing that cannot be solved from within the BACC system. Our support team answers tickets 24.7 with a average 2-3 hour responce time.
Billing Support
As a client, if you have an issue with your wholesale billing you will need to contact your Xila Broadband account representative. Keep in mind, the billing process is fully automated and is usually correct. Invoices are accessible 24.7 from within BACC to view and print as well.
