Wholesale DSL is our business.
Who owns my customers accounts?
Your customers, and their accounts, are owned by you. We do not make any claim to the ownership or control over an account. You are free to move accounts between our service and someone else's service. The contract outlines that no contact will be made between us and your direct customers. Therefore, as long as your not in violation of the wholesale DSL agreement, you remain the owners of your customers.
Will I need any special equipment to offer your DSL service?
Only a computer with internet access is needed, no special equipment is needed to join or utilize our wholesale DSL program.
How long does it take before a newly ordered DSL line becomes active?
Your customers that have a landline telephone at their residence will usually have an activation date ranging from 3-5 days from the day you place the order. Dry loop DSL can take up to 2-4 weeks in some cases.
Do you sell modems and can I source my own?
We do, and yes you can. You can order modems from us in quantitys of 10 for $40 each. (price may vary depending on current supply)
What do you provide for account management?
Our web based customer management system (BACC) is your tool to success. From within BACC you can place new DSL orders for your customers, suspend DSL service, cancel DSL service, setup your custom DSL plans, and much more.
I read on your web site the program is prepaid, how does this work?
It's very simple really. Within the Broadband Account Control Center you'll have the ability to add funds to your account with any major credit card and even PayPal. When you place a new order for DSL service for one of your customers we will deduct the pro-rated cost of the first month directly from your balance. If you cancel the order before it's been activated you'll instantly be refunded the same. If you cancel a order after it's been activated you'll pay only a $10 cancellation fee.
Do you have an API?
Yes. The API can be used to integrate our system with yours. Currently the API is in BETA stage and allows for two actions, Prequal & Billing Cycle Extensions.
How can I check coverage and do you have a list of coverage areas?
We have a list of coverage areas but we do not consider it accurate and would hate to turn your business away simply because the area your attempting to verify may not be on the list. We suggest utilizing our prequal tool found here.
Service is generally available in any location AT&T® and Verizon® currently are able to provide DSL service.
