Xila Broadband has integrated nationwide DSL & worldwide VoIP services with it's flagship customer management interface for resellers, the Broadband Account Control Center. Xila Broadband offers DSL & VoIP at a wholesale rate to it's resellers allowing them to create their own customized rates and offer the services to their retail subscribers at these customized rates. As a reseller your able to offer our full suite of products and service including High Speed DSL as a stand alone product, High Speed DSL bundled with VoIP Unlimited home or business telephone and VoiP as a stand alone product. Our program offers resellers the ability to provide DSL service in roughly 90% of the populated areas around the United States and dry loop DSL in 22 of those states. Dry loop is DSL without the traditional telephone line, making it ideal for VoIP services, like our bundled plans. Our resellers also have the ability to activate VoIP services without DSL, making the Xila Broadband reseller program a one of a kind.

Xila Broadband accepts businesses of all sizes and types, large to small and new to pre-existing. In addition, we don't perform credit checks or background checks on our resellers. However, resellers are required to handle all interactions with their end-users, including collecting payments, customer support, and setup.





Equipment

The Xila Broadband drop ship program eliminates the most common worry for any communications business, the communications device. At our resellers request, we drop ship DSL modems & VoIP Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA) directly to your customers, a 100% private label shipment. Best of all, our drop ship program offers FREE modems to your customers, you only pay for shipping, a cost you most resellers pass along to their customers. Equipment can be drop shipped directly from BACC by the reseller with the click of a button. Once shipped, the tracking number can be viewed and tracked directly from the same screen.

Billing

Reseller Billing - How Resellers are Billed for Broadband Services
All services are completely prepaid. Resellers add funds to their account which can then be used for all transactions requiring payment, including new DSL, Bundle, and VoIP activations. By operating on a prepaid basis all services are guaranteed and risk is fully eliminated not only for Xila Broadband but for our clients as well. In addition, our prepaid platform eliminates fee's that won't help your business grow but instead cripple it, including early termination fee's. No minimum deposit is required and you can load as much or as little as you need at any time in your account, from $1 to $999.99.

Customer Billing - How Customers are Billed for Broadband Services
The reseller is responsible for collecting payment from it's customers, this includes any setup fee’s, monthly fee’s, installation charges, and early termination fee’s you may wish to charge (Xila does not charge any kind of early termination fees). Via our online system (BACC), clients can setup their own DSL, Bundle, and VoIP rate plans based on the wholesale plans offered by Xila. Accounts operate on a 30 day billing cycle, ending and beginning on the first of each month. Our system automatically suspends your customers DSL or Voice services on the first of the month if you have not indicated you would like to continue their service an additional month, we call this "Extending the Cycle".

NOTE: For advanced users, we have also developed an API which allows clients to integrate the "Extend Cycle" function with their own billing system, eliminating the need to login to BACC.

DSL is offered on the nations two largest DSL networks. Xila Broadband dry loop DSL (DSL without a home phone required) is currently available in select regions of 22 US states including DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, ME, MA, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and CA. Traditional DSL is available in all of the same states including NV, OK, KS, AR, MO,OH, and IL.

We also have a wide range of telephone numbers or DID's available for our voice services, with numbers available on request.
