The Basics
Xila Broadband provides DSL service to it’s clients at a wholesale rate, allowing them to create their own customized rates and offer DSL service to their retail subscribers at these customized rates. XWDSL is Xila Broadband's Private Label ISP Program, enabling clients to offer residential and business class DSL. The Xila Broadband DSL program offers clients the ability to provide DSL service in about 90% of the United States and dry loop DSL in 22 of those states. With Dry loop DSL the customer is not required to obtain a traditional landline telephone line to obtain DSL high speed internet.
The Xila DSL program allows clients to receive and process high speed internet orders with major ILEC’s under their own brand name while allowing clients to bypass major integration cost & commitments associated with contracting with the ILEC’s directly.
Your customers will never see Xila Broadband
As a Xila Broadband client your end-users will never know that Xila Broadband exist as your DSL enabler. Xila Broadband provides access to it’s state of the art Broadband Account Control Center or BACC, allowing clients to activate, suspend, and manage their DSL subscribers via web 24/7. You’ll find more about our flagship customer management system (BACC) later in this overview.
Businesses of all sizes accepted
Xila Broadband accepts businesses of all sizes and types, large to small, and new to pre-existing. In addition, we don't perform credit checks, or background checks on our clients. Because wholesale clients handle all interactions with their end-users, including billing, collecting payments, customer support, and setup; we charge a nominal yearly fee of $350.00 $99.00 USD to join the wholesale DSL program. Xila Broadband does not bill your customers or contact them directly, we provide Tier 3 support to our clients via our dedicated trouble ticket system and account representative.
Modems
Modems are provided to clients on a per-order basis in quantitys of 10. Modem prices usually range from $40 to $50 depending on the model and current inventory. Optionally, clients can choose to utilize their own compatible modems.
Client Billing - How clients are billed for DSL service.
All services are completely prepaid. Clients are required to add funds to their account to be used for all transactions requiring payment, including new DSL orders. By operating on a prepaid basis all services are guaranteed and risk is fully eliminated not only for Xila Broadband but for our clients as well. In addition, our prepaid platform eliminates fee's that won't help your business grow but instead cripple it, including early termination fee's. Customer Billing - How customers are billed for DSL service.
Clients are responsible for all billing of their DSL subscribers, this includes any setup fee’s, monthly fee’s, installation charges, and early termination fee’s you may wish to charge. Via our online system (BACC), clients can setup their own rate plans. Xila Broadband operates all accounts on a 30 day billing cycle, starting from the 1st of each month.
NOTE: For advanced users, we have also developed an API which allows clients to integrate the "Extend Due Date" function with their own billing system, eliminating the need to login to BACC.

Xila Broadband dry loop DSL is currently available in select regions of 22 US states including DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, ME, MA, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and CA.
