Flex Rates Overview

Flex Rates reward resellers with lower wholesale pricing based on their performance. As a resellers performance (monthly spend) increases a lower wholesale rate becomes available for that reseller. Wholesale pricing is flexed from month to month, in simple terms the resellers pricing tier is adjusted at the beginning of each month based on the previous months total spend. Higher monthly spends result in access to higher tiers which convert into larger margins for the reseller.

Facts about Flex Rates:

• Flex rates apply to all services offered including DSL, Bundles, WiFi, and VoIP
• There is a $59.99 one-time fee to utilize Flex Rates
  Resellers not utilizing Flex will take advantage of our already low Standard Pricing
• Flex Rates allow for up to a 30% discount and an automatic 10% discount (Tier 1) just for switching
• Unlimited US/Canada VoIP Calling with a DID included as low as $14.96 as early as Tier 3

Flex Rates are a fully integrated part of the Xila Broadband Reseller Program

As a reseller you'll always know which tier your currently utilizing because Flex Tiers are color coded in the BACC system, starting with Blue, Yellow, Purple and finally Pink. In all areas of our system where wholesale plans are displayed the background color of the plan will be that of your current Flex Tier and the price will always reflect your current wholesale price.

The Custom Rate Configuration function allows resellers to create their own plans in BACC. Notice the orange plan headers indicating an Orange Tier level (Tier 2).	The ordering process in BACC allows resellers to instantly provision DSL and Voice orders. Notice the Purple wholesale plans indicating a Purple Tier level (Tier 3).

Frequently Asked Questions


The activation fee says "Equal to first month", what does this mean?
The activation fee for DSL, Bundles, VoIP, and WiFi is equal to the wholesale cost of the first month of service. So, if the wholesale plan is $22.99 monthly you would pay a $22.99 activation fee + $22.99 for the first month of service once the service is activated. Reseller will want to pass this activation fee on to their customers to prevent profit loss. For more info click here.

Is access to Flex Rates included in the monthly membership plan?
Flex Rates are NOT included with any membership plan (monthly or annual). After sign up you can switch to Flex Rates from within the BACC system, it's as simple as the click of a button (literally). After switching the change is instant and a $59.99 one-time charge is added to your balance.

I'm already a reseller just switching to Flex Rates, will my previous months count toward determining my new Flex tier?
No. Your Flex Rate is adjusted at the beginning of each month (on the 1st) so only the current months spend will be considered.

Do you still offer Premium Pricing for DSL?
No.

How can I check which tier I'm on?
Go to any section of BACC where wholesale plans are displayed (like the order or rate configuration screen) and see what color the plans are. There are four Flex levels just like there are four colors in the Flex logo at the top of this page.

When will my Tier be Flexed (changed)?
On the 4th of each month.

What if my monthly spend is low?
Flex rates will still save you money over our standard pricing because all services on Flex Tier 1 are 10% less than our standard pricing. This means you'll gain 10% off of our most popular services like Unlimited US / Canada calling and pay only $17.96 per subscriber compared to $19.95 on standard pricing.
