Before getting started . .

You should have all of your personal and business contact information on hand, including your businesses Tax ID or for sole proprietorship your social security number.

At the end of the signup process you'll be required to add a credit card to your account, your card will be billed the annual fee of $99. You can use this card or add a different card via BACC in the future to add funds to your prepaid account balance for new DSL activations and modems.

Upon completion of the signup process you'll be given the opportunity to print the wholesale agreement, you will NOT need to return this agreement to us, the signup process is 100% online. You'll also have INSTANT access to the Broadband Account Control Center to pre-qualify new customers, setup your custom DSL plans, add funds to your account, and place new orders for DSL service.
