The CRW is a customizable retail website which makes it possible for Xila Broadband resellers to offer some of our most popular services online, including high-speed DSL, T1, and VoIP. The CRW can be customized from within the Broadband Account Control Center and offers customizable options including the ability to upload your own logo and products (such as DSL modems and ATA's). Customers who visit your website have the ability to pre-qualify for service and place online orders. Orders are placed in BACC and emailed to the reseller for further processing. After customers place orders the reseller must access BACC to finalize the order and if necessary process the customers payment.

The CRW Homepage The CRW homepage provides a professional look which continues through the site. The homepage includes a rotating banner customized with your company name and real-time service pricing based on the retail prices you've created from within the BACC system.

Service Pages Each service has a dedicated page on the CRW, each with detailed information about the service. For example, on the Digital Phone (VoIP) page customers can read about the features included with the service, view randomly selected retail plan prices, and view information on the simplicity of setting up the service.

Online Shopping and Pre-Qualification Potential customers visiting your CRW can qualify directly on the website for DSL, T1, and VoIP services by entering their address and phone number. If the system determines that the customer qualifies for service they'll be shown a list of your retail plans which they can choose from and continue their order.

Customer Support The CRW support section contains frequently asked questions by customers and information on subjects like number portability. The support section also contains a contact form potential customers can complete to email you directly if they have additional questions.

Custom Domain Option
Each reseller has instant access to the CRW via our shared domain. Originally the address for the CRW will look something like "http://orderdslnow.com/?reseller=1". With Xila's custom domain option you can use your own branded domain instead of our shared domain. Using the shared domain requires that your reseller ID be appended to the end of the domain, making it harder for customers to remember, and preventing them from linking directly to pages within your website. With our custom domain option these limitations are eliminated, allowing customers to visit "yourbrand.com" directly and link to any page on your CRW directly, for example "http://yourbrand.com/digitalphone/".

The custom domain option requires that you contact your account manager to setup this feature. It also requires that Xila Broadband purchase the domain for you (which we will register for the life of your account). There is a one-time setup fee for the custom domain option of $35.
