What is CRW?
CRW is a customizable retail web site allowing Xila Broadband Wholesale DSL clients to offer high-speed DSL online in a matter of minutes. CRW is easily customizable from within the Broadband Account Control center. Customers who visit your web site will have the ability to pre-qualify for DSL service and place their order online, orders are then emailed to clients for further processing.
Featured Plans CRW includes a business and residential order page, on each you can choose any of your custom plans to feature and set three "bulletins" or "feature points". CRW will also display the pre-set plan description you have given to the plan upon plan creation. |

Custom Logo Each page in CRW shows your custom logo in the upper right corner. Your logo can be uploaded directly from BACC™ and will display on your custom retail web site instantly. |
Contact Information In the even a customer needs to contact you they may use the "Need Help?" page to view your contact information, including email address, physical address, and telephone number. Clients can set their contact information from within BACC™. |

How customers place orders & how clients receive them. Customers will access your web site and start the four step ordering process which will pre-qualify them for DSL service and give them a choice of any of your custom created plans. CRW will total the sale for you (including plan price, setup fee, modem, and shipping). At the end of the order process the customer will select their payment method. PayPal, Credit Card, Money Order, and Check are all currently supported payment methods. After a customer completes an order on your CRW you will receive an email with the order information for further processing. You will then need to login to BACC and complete the customers order and charge their credit card (using your own merchant account) or provide them instructions for sending you payment through one of the other offered payment options. |
