What is BACC?
On October 3rd, 2008 Xila Broadband introduced the newest version of it's flagship customer management interface, BACC. This new version adds many client requested features and lots of new functionality. In general, BACC is the online system used by Xila Broadband wholesale clients to activate, qualify, suspend, cancel, and receive support for their DSL clients. BACC offers more features than we can list here on our web site, therefore we've decided to simply highlight some of it's best features. At Xila we believe their is no wholesale DSL system that compares, we believe you'll agree.
Entering new customers Via BACC you can enter new customers quickly. Our advanced system will first verify the service address you've entered is correct utilizing a third party address verification system and will then qualify the customer for DSL service with one of the two nationwide LEC's supported. This entire process takes less than 20 seconds and when complete you'll have the ability to place a order for DSL service. |

Placing new DSL orders After adding a customer, BACC will give you the opportunity to place a new order for DSL service. On the order page you'll find the wholesale plans available from Xila Broadband (dark gray background) and underneath them you'll find custom DSL rate plans you've created. Upon clicking the order button the system takes care of all calculations and displays them right on the screen, including, your current prepaid balance, the prorated wholesale cost of the order your about to submit, the amount your customer should pay you today (based on your custom plan - also prorated), the amount the customer will pay you monthly, and an estimate of what your prepaid account balance will be after the order is successfully submitted. |
Creating your own custom DSL rates. From within BACC you can create your own custom DSL rates based on any wholesale DSL plan offered to you by Xila Broadband. For each plan you can assign a custom ID, contract length, monthly price, setup fee, and description. In addition, each custom plan you create can be turned on/off instantly. When a plan is in ACTIVE mode it can be activated, when in LOCKED mode the plan will not appear when placing new orders for DSL services. |

Integrated support system. Xila Broadband's integrated support ticket system allows you to contact Tier 3 support at Xila Broadband with the click of a button. Tickets are opened from the customers account homepage and once entered they are displayed on the account homepage until closed or resolved. From within BACC your able to create, reply, and close support tickets. |
